Are you waiting to love?

This has been a thought provoking subject that I’ve been exploring with clients and others recently as I am unveiling my work with a larger audience than ever.

As I evolve in my work, I’ve never been more excited or clear.  This groundbreaking work is called The Upward Spiral: The Connection Between Your Intimate Relationships And Success In Business.

So far I’ve gotten lots of head nodding as in “oh my gosh, we so need that!”

Lots of women especially, and I’m glad because the world needs women entrepreneurs’ unique contributions, and especially right now. And I believe that  women really give their deepest gifts when they are truly fulfilled in their intimate relationships!

If you find yourself getting stopped easily in your endeavors, in relationships, or in your business or work life, you are not as fully in contact with what matters most to you as you need to be. This doesn’t mean that when you are clear about what matters most you won’t get thwarted or waylaid occasionally. You have to distinguish between secondary desires and wants (most of which are based on bad strategies you have adopted and not yet let go of) and the desires that burn brightly in the depth of your heart. When it comes to Unleashing  Your Spirit & Depth, Power and Mastery, what you truly desire is not available merely from some information or system or conceptual framework you don’t have yet. It requires that you actually practice, and eventually master, something which is difficult. It’s always something meaningful to you that will bring you to your edge.

At times you’ll want to quit, because it demands you wake up and act in the face of your fears, in the face of your current limitations and blind spots, in the face of your laziness and preferences and the ways you sell out on yourself. Said more simply: It’s always something you don’t already know how to do!

Most people never go for it long enough to really master the things that matter most to them, they get stopped. It is possible to go beyond that, and that is what the call to depth and unleashing your spirit is all about: It’s about you actually having what you want, and being unstoppable in getting it.

Deep desire, practice, practice, practice….mastery.  Be unstoppable for what burns brightly in your heart.

How you answer the call of your own heart is the only thing worth dealing with in this brief and miraculous life.

It is a reverberation, a shimmering resonance,  emanating from and returning to you.

Like a homing pigeon delivering a message from your very own heart to your very own you.

Set aside distractions now.

Make room for the beautiful urgency.

Something is coming.

What will you make it?

Allow yourself to feel the tenderness.

Hear the reality, resonating as words, inside your very being.

Listen to yourself as these words and beyond.

What is your heart yearning for?

What do you want for your future, for your life, for life itself?

What song is the too-often faint voice of your self singing?

It is singing, you know.

Listen.

Now listen to yourself listening.

How are you listening?

How are you not listening?

Let yourself feel this effortlessly as you settle into the awareness of now as a feeling thinking being deeper in your life.

As you do this, a new reality of your true nature will effortlessly become self-evident.

Now express it into life as a gift.

Forget perfect and error free.

Why bother going deep in love or any area of our life?

You hear a lot these days about following your passion and living your purpose. The sad truth is that most people are not willing to take the necessary risks and do the sometimes difficult work to live their deepest expression and give their deepest gifts in life.

Authentic passion in life comes from doing both deep inner and outer work, from practice and action. When you stop short of doing this work you forfeit the accomplishment, the joy and even the bliss of living life full out. It’s a crying shame. Because we need your heart, creativity and vitality. We need your talent and your love. Everyone needs them. We all need them. And we’ve never needed them more than we need them right now. We need you. In fact, this is a direct communication for you. We need you. We all need you. This is a personal call to you to go deeper, no matter where you are in your personal evolution, and live your dreams while you’re wide awake!

At a deep level people very much want to expand the expression of giving and contribution in their relationships, business and life. The big secret about going deeper, about playing full out, is that while it does increase the chances for disappointment, for failures and their unwanted but valuable lessons, it is actually the only way to be truly fulfilled in life:
No one who settled for a life of pursuing what mattered less to them has ever had the experience of living a great and deeply satisfying life.
