How You Answer (A Poem) 1.1

How you answer the call of your own heart is the only thing worth dealing with in this brief and miraculous life.

It is a reverberation, a shimmering resonance,  emanating from and returning to you.

Like a homing pigeon delivering a message from your very own heart to your very own you.

Set aside distractions now.

Make room for the beautiful urgency.

Something is coming.

What will you make it?

Allow yourself to feel the tenderness.

Hear the reality, resonating as words, inside your very being.

Listen to yourself as these words and beyond.

What is your heart yearning for?

What do you want for your future, for your life, for life itself?

What song is the too-often faint voice of your self singing?

It is singing, you know.

Listen.

Now listen to yourself listening.

How are you listening?

How are you not listening?

Let yourself feel this effortlessly as you settle into the awareness of now as a feeling thinking being deeper in your life.

As you do this, a new reality of your true nature will effortlessly become self-evident.

Now express it into life as a gift.

Forget perfect and error free.

Giving and receiving is enough.
