The big secret about going deeper, about playing full out, is that while it does increase the chances for disappointment, for failures and their unwanted but valuable lessons, it is actually the only way to be truly fulfilled in life:
No one who settled for a life of pursuing what mattered less to them has ever had the experience of living a great and deeply satisfying life.
